CPSI was founded in 1999 in Saratoga, California. We provide services from our offices in Campbell and Los Gatos. Our mission is to provide outstanding service in Medical Billing and Management Services.

MEGAN SHAD, MBA, AACCE
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Ms. Shad has over 20 years of experience in medical billing serving as Director and Office Administrator of several medical groups. She has been directly involved in all aspects of medical billing. Ms. Shad graduated with honors from University of San Francisco with a Masters degree in Business Administration.
She is an Academy Certified Diplomat of the American Academy of Certified Consultants and a member in good standing in the Medical Group Management Association, American Medical Billing Association, Healthcare Billing and Management Association and Radiology Billing and Management Association.
