Ms. Shad has over 20 years of experience in medical billing serving  as Director and  Office Administrator of several medical groups.  She has been directly involved in all aspects of medical billing.   Ms. Shad graduated with honors from University of San Francisco with a Masters degree in Business Administration.  She is an Academy Certified Diplomat of the American Academy of Certified Consultants and a member in good standing in the Medical Group Management Association, American Medical Billing Association and Healthcare Billing and Management Association.
